My love affair with travel began after my senior year in high school when I embarked on my first trip across the Atlantic Ocean to Italy and Greece. It was an amazing experience that opened my eyes to the beauty and diversity of our world, and it's what ultimately sparked my wanderlust.

Soon after graduating from college, I moved to Australia for a short period of time, and ever since then I haven’t been able to sit still. From 2011 to 2016, I lived in southern Turkey and Moscow, immersing myself in diverse cultures, savoring local cuisines, and embracing the unexpected at every turn. Living abroad was a transformative experience that exposed me to the richness of our world. To date, I've had the privilege of exploring over 40 countries, each leaving an indelible impression on my soul.

The name "Puffin Nest" holds a special place in my heart, as it pays homage to my adventurous grandmother, a proud Newfoundlander, whose spirit continues to inspire me every day. Her love for exploration and discovery laid the foundation for my own wanderlust, and I'm thrilled to share that same spirit with you.
